Ranking in Google and other search engines can be tricky. For example if you Google “fitness services” there are About 297,000,000 results. Which basically means there are About 297,000,000 sites that are competing for that ranking. Trying to get on the first page for that phrase, is not impossible, but is not likely.

The first thing I would look at is 3 word phrases, rather than 2 word phrases, such as “Adult Fitness Programs” (296,000 Results. Just throwing another word in the mix, will reduce the competition by literally millions.

We offer a basic SEO service, which focuses your site and content on specific key phrases like the above mentioned. This service does not come with any guarantees, and anyone claiming to guarantee a number one ranking is trying to rip you off. But it will put your site in a better position to rank well over time. And that is another factor. Time. In order to rank on Google, Google has to send out its little web spiders to crawl the content of your site, then it is up to Google, to rank your site among the listings. Google can crawl your site anywhere from once a day, to once a month. So you may not see immediate results.
