Q. Do you offer Windows hosting?
A. No. Our hosting is mainly setup for our clients which require hosting when they order sites from us. All of our sites require Linux, so we only offer Linux hosting.
Q. Does your hosting come with cpanel?
A. Yes. Cpanel is installed on all hosting accounts, allowing you to manage emails, databases, and other hosting option.
Q. Do you offer any coupons for hosting?
A. Yes. From time to time we offer special deals on hosting.
Q. How many emails come with my hosting account?
A. The amount of email accounts vary depending on which plan you purchase. Plan details can be found here.
Q. What type of printing presses do you use?
A. We use several different 3rd party printing companies for all of our printing needs, depending on what the client has requested.
Q. Is there a minimum amount of prints required?
A. Yes. Most items have a minimum quantity that is required, the amount depends on the item being printed.
Q. What happens if I am not happy with my prints.
A. If your prints are not to your satisfactory you will need to send them back to us, and we will have them reprinted if they are found to have a problem with the quality.
Q. Does printing come with the print design?
A. No. Printing is extra, however printing can be added when ordering your design by selecting a printing option from the drop down box on the order page. The price for printing will be added to your order excluding shipping. Shipping cost will be invoiced after the order is reviewed.
Q. Will the design be ready for printing?
A. Yes. All final files will be print ready with bleed according to specs that you provide.
Q. I do not see the print design I need within your services offered.
A. We offer many different services for print design, however we may not have everything listed. If you require a print design that is not listed feel free to contact us.
Q. How do I find out the exact size I will need for my print design?
A. Most printers have very specific size and bleed requirements. Usually you can contact the printing company or visit their site for this information
Q. How many revisions come with my print design?
A. All print designs come with 3 revisions.
Q. What is included with your web design service?
A. Our web design service utilizes a powerful content management system called Joomla. Using this CMS gives the end user an amazing amount of control for their website. Control and the ability to easily edit your content is the main feature of our web design services. A basic web design comes with the design of the main template, unlimited pages, content placement, contact form, and a bit more. Q. Is hosting included with the site design?
A. No. We do offer hosting, however it is at an additional cost.
Q. What do you need from me to get started on my website?
A. We will need payment, hosting information, pages content (in word doc or email), images, thoughts and ideas on the design.
Q. How long will it take you to design my website?
A. Turnaround time on websites is difficult to predict. The main factor is complexity, and the amount of content. Communication is key as well. The design alone doesn't take very long, its adding the content and functionality that eats up most of the time. We usually tell our clients that a basic site will take about a week, but again sometimes things come up.
Q. Do you design e commerce websites?
A. Yes, we offer shopping as an extra component in your web development. We can create a great site that will allow users to order and pay from your website. Our shopping systems mostly use paypal, but their are a couple alternatives as well.
Q. How hard is it to make changes to my website?
A. It is not hard at all! We use a CMS know as Joomla. Joomla basically gives you a backend that you can log into. Your pages are stored as articles which can be opened within a text editor. You will not have to fiddle through complex html at all. Joomla uses whats called a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor. This means that you will not see html, you will see the text as you see it on your site. This makes everything really easy to make changes and add your own content.

Q. How many revisions come with my website?
A. Upon delivery of the initial presentation of your website, you have 5 revisions, if you require any changes. You have 3 months to use these revision, if revision are not used during the time period, it goes into maintenance plan!
Q. Skilled Graphics created our website, but I cant figure out how to add a new tab!
A. First you would create the article, within article manager. Once that is created, you need to add it to the menu. To do that you will need to login to your backend administrator and go to menu, top menu, click "new" in the top right corner. Click "articles" to link this to an article, next click "article layout", Name your menu on the left under "title" and on the far right, select the article you want to link, save, and your done.
Q. What formats will I receive with my design
A. We can provide you with pretty much any format you will ever need. Some of the most popular and useful are jpf, png, pdf, eps, ai, psd, gif, etc..
Q. Will my design be scalable?
A. We can provide vector files which will be scalable to any size using the appropriate software.
Q. What is your usual turnaround time?
A. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project. We usually will have an initial design delivered within 24 to 48 business hours.
Q. Can you digitize my drawing?
A. Yes. In most cases we can convert your rough sketch into a digital format.
Q. What do you need from me to get going on my design?
A. All we need to begin working on your project is, payment, and directions or ideas on how you want your design to look.
Q. Will I receive any revisions once you deliver the initial concept?
A. Yes. All of our graphic design come with 3 revisions. We will first deliver the initial concept for you to review. If you require any changes, we will address them in the 1st revision. This process repeats until you have used 3 rounds of revisions.
Q. I need to have a design created that is not listed on your services, what do I do?
A. There are many design services that we may not have listed. If you have a custom request feel free to contact us with your request.
Q. If I do not like my design after my 3 revisions are used, what are my options?
A. Firstly, it is very rare for us to not be able to deliver exactly what you need within 3 revisions, but if this does happen, you can always order a revision package.
Q. How many concepts come with my design?
A. Our services come with only one initial concept. However, you also get 3 revisions, and are welcome to use one or all of those revisions as different concepts, but that will leave you without the revisions. If you use all of your revisions, and require additional changes you will need to order a revision package.
